These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Startup Business Workshop website, courses, seminars, and related services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Registration and Accounts

3. Payments and Refunds

  • Payment is required for all paid courses, seminars, and memberships at the time of registration.

  • Refund requests for seminars or courses must be submitted in writing no later than 7 days before the scheduled session. No refunds will be issued after that time.

  • Monthly community memberships may be canceled at any time. Access will continue through the end of the paid billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, videos, tools, and resources provided by Startup Business Workshop are protected by copyright and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

  • You may use materials for your personal and professional development only.

5. Third-Party Offers

  • Startup Business Workshop may share information with business partners who may offer additional products or services. We do not guarantee the quality or accuracy of third-party offers. Your dealings with such third parties are solely between you and them.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

  • We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, success, or profitability from applying the information in our seminars or courses.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Startup Business Workshop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service.

8. Termination of Services

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
